DIY Entryway Mudroom

For years, even before my husband and I had our house, I dreamed of having a mudroom at our entrance. When we bought the first home 2 years ago, Dreams eventually became true. We explore Pinterest to inspire and take different ideas to create our designs.

We start with this free space as soon as you enter our home. I sketched my vision budget on the wall with Chalk.

We ripped baseboard and built a framework for the plywood.

The lower shelf and top plate handle are added to the next bench.

Then comes up drafting for the top, lower, side, and cube.

We skip a piece of plywood on top for a bench and ready to attach it to the wall.

I want to add some characters on the wall on the bench, so we add battens boards and treatments with panels between.

The top of the board and Battens ended with a flat-board and several Trims decorations.

I met all the nail holes of wood with Putty, strolling all the devil and then painted the board and battens and white cubes. We’ve got to know it above, but I have no idea this process.

The final step is to add hooks and accessories – my favorite parts!
